Shipping Information:

Wildstar Forest ships both nationally (within Australia) and internationally. Postage is a flat rate of $10 for orders within Australia, and $15 for international orders. All orders are shipped via Australia Post. Regular mail is used for national orders, and regular airmail for international orders. Insurance is optional, if you wish to insure your parcel please contact me prior to payment and I will adjust your order. I take no responsibility for items lost in transit, though I will do my best to follow up on lost orders if this occurs. International airmail parcels have insurance included.
National orders have a 7 day shipping timeframe, international orders allow 2-3 weeks for your parcel to arrive.

Ordering Information:

Payment can be made via the paypal website. Paypal offers the use of your paypal account or a credit/debit card.
Please take note of the processing time frame on each item's individual page. For the most part, items available on the site are ready to ship within two days. However if an item is made to order or a custom design, it will have a longer processing time. The processing time is separate to shipping time.
Wildstar Forest does not offer returns for change of mind, or incorrect product choice. If the item is faulty an exchange can be arranged subject to discussion. If an exchange is sought for change of mind it is the buyer's responsibility to arrange postage of the original item back to Wildstar Forest, as well as postage of the new item to the buyer.
